Started my thigh workout this afternoon. Oh jeez! My thighs hurts so good! Took my measurements as well. As of today my thighs measure at 32 inches at the biggest part and 24 inches at the smallest part. I would like to shave off at least 5 inches per part by the end of next month. That sounds like a feasible goal to me. I will be doing the thigh workout once a day. So this will be titled 30 Day Thigh Slimmer Challenge! I will keep you posted on my progress. I’m also going to post the workouts that I’m going to be doing, so you can do them as well.
Best of luck to those that choose to do the workout as well. I’m doing a combination of both, but you can shoose to do only one.
